Following the merger by absorption of the New TT Hellenic Postbank S.A. (“New TT”) by Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (“Eurobank”), Mr. Haralampos Siganos, Chief Executive Officer of New TT until today, is appointed General Manager of Eurobank’s Group Operations, Technology and Organization and Member of its Executive Board and Management Committee.
Mr. H. Siganos undertook the position of the Chief Executive Officer of the New TT in January 2013, whereas previously held the position of the Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Postbank S.A. (“TT”) and, in parallel, the position of the Chairman at its various subsidiaries. Mr. H. Siganos joined TT in 2010 as General Manager of Investment Banking and Subsidiaries.
