EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. announces, in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of 1/8/07, the completion today of the sale of  all 3,295,153 Treasury shares which it held.

Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Deutsche Bank AG, and Lehman Brothers acted as managers for the sale to qualified investors outside of Greece, and EFG Eurobank Securities S.A. acted as manager for the sale to qualified investors in Greece and abroad.
