Today, December 27th, 2013, the merger by absorption of the “New TT Hellenic Postbank S.A.” by “Eurobank Ergasias S.A.” has been completed, following the registration of the relevant approving decision No. K2–7651/27.12.2013 by the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness into the General Commercial Registry.
Eurobank maintains the New TT Hellenic Postbank branch network as a distinct network under the brand name New Hellenic Postbank, respecting its clientele and the Institution’s long established history which is strongly interrelated to the idea of “Savings” in Greece.
