Eurobank Ergasias S.A. announces that Professor Gikas Hardouvelis, Chief Economist and member of the Management Committee of the Bank, is leaving the Bank to take the post of Minister of Finance.
From his position of responsibility in the Bank, Professor G. Hardouvelis had significant contribution in forming the strategic business decisions and preparing the Group's strategy, by conducting financial analyses and forecasts for the financials of the Bank, the competition and the wider domestic and global economy and markets.
