Eurobank Ergasias SA («Eurobank») announces pursuant to article 7a (par. 6a, case a) of Law 3864/2010 and based on the relevant notification received from the company «Mackenzie Financial Corporation» («MFC») on December 3, 2015, that, following the completion of its share capital increase through payment in cash and the commencement of trading of the new ordinary shares on the Athens Exchange on December 2nd, 2015, the percentage of Eurobank’s voting rights held by MFC, over the total number of Eurobank’s voting rights, excluding those held by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, fell below, on December 2, 2015, the threshold of 5% of the total number of Eurobank's voting rights.
