Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (Bank), following the announcement of the November 4, 2016 regarding the resignation of the member (and Vice Chairman) of the Bank’s Board of Directors (BoD) Mr. Spyridon Lorentziadis, announces that the BoD during its yesterday’s meeting resolved that the Bank continues its management and representation by the remaining BoD members, until the election by the BoD of a new member replacing the resigned one and appointed Mr. Jawaid A. Mirza Vice Chairman of the BoD.
