Eurobank EFG, in application of paragraph 9d of article 275 of Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, announces to investors, that the Bank’s books and records were audited by the tax authorities for the fiscal years from 2002 up to and including 2005. Additional taxes of Euro 20,3 million were recorded in the published income statement for the year ended 31 December 2006.
