Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A. (“Company”) informs the investment community that, following its corporate announcement dated 19.12.2019 regarding the agreement with doValue for Europe and Cairo transactions, Mr. Theodoros Kalantonis, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Member of the Boards of Directors (BoD) of the Company and its subsidiary entity Eurobank S.A. (Bank), submitted his resignation from the aforementioned positions, effective as of 3rd April 2020.
Following the above, in the framework of the agreement with doValue, Mr. Theodoros Kalantonis is undertaking the position of the Executive Chairman of the BoD of the Bank's subsidiary «Eurobank FPS Loans and Credits Claim Management Société Anonyme» (Eurobank FPS).
