Announcement pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 

Eurobank Ergasias SA (“Eurobank”) announces, pursuant to the provisions of article 14 of L. 3556/2007, as in force, and based on the relevant notification received from the company “The Capital Group Companies, Inc.” (hereafter “CGC”), that the percentage of Eurobank’s voting rights held indirectly by CGC fell below on 09.01.2020 the threshold of 5% of the total number of Eurobank's voting rights, including those held by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, and CGC’s percentage of voting rights in Eurobank’s share capital amounted to 4.9428%, corresponding to 183,336,267 voting rights of Eurobank’s ordinary shares.
