Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A. (“Company”) announces, according to article 14 of L. 3556/2007, as in force, and based on the relevant notification that the Company received from the company “The Capital Group Companies, Inc.” (hereafter “CGC”), that the percentage of the Company’s voting rights held indirectly by CGC on 12.11.2025, fell below of 5% of the total number of the Company’s voting rights, and CGC’s percentage of voting rights in the Company’s share capital amounted to 4.94%, corresponding to 182,121,207 voting rights of Company’s ordinary shares.
