Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A. (“Company” or “Eurobank Holdings”) announces that, the Board of Directors of the Company ratified on 27.5.2020 the appointment of Mr. George Andritsanos as Chief Internal Auditor of Eurobank Holdings, with effective date of this appointment the 23rd of March 2020.

It is reminded that until the demerger of Eurobank Ergasias S.A. on 20.3.2020, post-demerger renamed to “Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A.”, Chief Internal Auditor was Ms. Despina Andreadou, who, following the demerger through sector’s hive down and establishment of a new company - credit institution under the corporate name “Eurobank S.A.” (“Beneficiary”), was transferred, together with most of the staff to the Beneficiary, as its Head of Internal Audit Group General Division.

Mr. G. Andritsanos holds a Bachelor degree on Accounting and Finance of the Athens University of Economics and Business, while he is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales since 2017. He has been working at the Internal Audit Group General Division of Eurobank since September 2012 and has experience in various auditing sectors of the banking and insurance sector.
